Let the goats or the cows stay sleeping (don't pick up their milk). Then make sure you chain everything else, especially the sheep.
I am stuck on level 48. It's tough.

I'm also on 48; got expert on ~90% of other levels on first try & cannot come close (~41k best score) on this one! What's up with that?
