I seem to be stuck in a loop where she says - Move the disk closer to Panesh don't let him get away. But it says this no matter where I put the disk. I can't get any further in the game. Help

I have had several friends try as well either continuing my game or starting their own. Same thing happens. Very frustrating.

I was for a while, until I let the whole message play through. At the end it said now I can continue. Then click on the city itself, not the disk above the city. On the city of Panesh, clicking on its right side worked. Not everywhere on the city did.

I hit send too soon. At the end of the messages it said (wait) was it after this it would continue for you?

That didn't work either I'm still stuck in a loop. Every city I place the disk on I get the same message move it closer to Panashi. After the wait clears the next message says try it now. I do that and the same thing on each city.
