How to get rain water: you have to make any potions needing rain water WHILE IT IS RAINING. You can't store it, but if you go to potions when it is raining, you will see it there.

To solve the fountain mystery: spoiler → put one of your Legendary Scientists on top of it. They will tell you they collected a sample for the lab. This puts it in your potions permanently -- even if you move to another island. ←

OK, who out there has actually solved the flower/tree mystery? I read on another site that you have to look closely at the circular flower pattern around the plant, then fill in the missing flowers in the correct colors. I did that, and still nothing... I even put a Legendary Agriculturalist on it afterward, and I get the same cryptic message about liking the circular pattern but it could be better...

How do you get the tree to grow after you remove the glowing stump i have tried making magic rain with the potion and it does rain but my tree still does not grow.

To get the little tree from under the stump to grow: spoiler → make the magic rain and after that drop a Legendary Agriculturist on top of it. He/She will tend the tree and it will grow. ←

Hi Everyone. I wanted to say thanks to everyone for getting me this far. I have figured out 5 of the mysteries. I figured out the tree with the flowers around it today. Its actually one of the easier ones. spoiler → Just fill in the missing colour of flowers in the pattern and you get a new seed that gives you a new coloured flower. ←

To solve the Moon pillar mystery, follow the instructions on page 1 of the forum that provides the spoiler for Star Pillar mystery. It works exactly the same, only with moon dust.
